Relais Spa Val d'Europe

Excellent location in town centre and for Disneyland. Very nice modern hotel with great facilities. The free shuttle service to Disney was a nice surprise.

I didn't have breakfast bc I wanted to stay in the room and rest before checking out. I loved the comfortable bed mattress I slept on. Hotel is located on a main street easy to reach and close to the shops in Val du Europe Mall & La Valle Outlet. There's a lot of restaurants closeby by walking distance so the location was superb.

The location is very convenient, near to train station, restaurants and shopping mall. The family room featured a spacious living room with sofa-bed and well equipped kitchenette. Although bedroom and wardrobe was quite small, beds were comfortable. Spa and pool is very nice. Staff at reception and spa was welcoming, helpful and kind. Best feature of all is the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland park, only 5min away. Highly recommended for families.

Excellent stay in every way for our visit to Disneyland. Super convenient to RER train station - be sure to go out the right exit though which is the one towards the front of the train coming from Paris. Fare only 2.5 eu each way from central Paris (need to purchase a 2eu Navagio card and load with tickets). Super friendly reception and concierge staff. Gorgeous room - well designed so feels spacious with loads of storage space and nice bathroom. We were expecting something more basic for the price but it was instead quite luxurious. We did not have time to check out spa and pool but robes were provided and we saw lots of guests going back and forth in the lifts. Shuttle: superb is the only word. Drivers again really friendly and helpful. Shuttle is absolutely on demand - I was only person waiting at my time at Disneyland - I phoned from the shuttle stop (G) and was collected by smiling driver within 5 minutes. I have never encountered a better-run shuttle service in years of travelling. There is a small Carrefour very close to the hotel and a much bigger supermarket in the lowest level of the mall on the other side of the train station. The RER service was frequent and operated even on a strike day - If you do not mind commuting, would recommend this hotel as a well-priced place to stay as an alternative to Paris even if you are not visiting Disneyland - it was a real treat.
