The hotel was beautiful, the room was big and as warm as you like, with a very comfy bed and chuncky bathrobes. Also there is a dedicated elevator going directly to their nice spa, which only hotel guests going to the spa use. So we could just put our bath robes on and go there directly and then directly back to our room undisturbed. It saves a lot of time and the bother of having to change at the spa. Also the staff was very nice. Also the location is perfect, just one quick and cheap train stop (5min ride) or 20 min walk away from Disneyland! The free shuttle service to and from the park can be handy.

A superb hotel in an amazing location. All perfect. Highly recommended for families with children going to Disney Paris. Their shuttle service works really well and you do not need to book or call them. We loved our stay, welcoming staff, the time for the kids in the swimming pool and the lovely breakfast.

The location is very convenient, near to train station, restaurants and shopping mall. The family room featured a spacious living room with sofa-bed and well equipped kitchenette. Although bedroom and wardrobe was quite small, beds were comfortable. Spa and pool is very nice. Staff at reception and spa was welcoming, helpful and kind. Best feature of all is the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland park, only 5min away. Highly recommended for families.

1. I booked the family suite & it has 2 rooms & a sofa bed in the living room, and 3 bathrooms ! In addition to 2 mini kitchens. 2. The hotel offers free shuttle to/from the Disney Parks 3. The hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) from the mall & the outlet 4. Swimming pool was indoor 5. The A/C was cold 6. Value for money

What a lovely hotel. The room was really clean, bed was massive and so comfy. The pool/spa area was so relaxing. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It’s in a great location for Disneyland and they offer a free shuttle to and from the park. There’s also lots of restaurants and a massive mall just around the corner. I would highly reccomend this hotel and we will certainly be back in the future!

Excellent location to the Disneyland Parks. Concierge and all staff so helpful & friendly. Regular shuttles and beds so comfy! Kitchenette was a bonus to make breakfast and sandwiches prior to going to Disney, has a small dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans etc. We stayed in a junior suite which also had an en suite and separate E bathroom. We had intended to use the spa facilities. Unfortunately, the restricted pool times for kids did not suit us as a family so unable to comment on the spa.

very good location, 5-10 minutes walk to the public transportation station, 20 minutes walk to Disneyland, free shuttle from hotel to Disneyland, hotel is quiet, our apartment had two bathrooms, terrace access and a small kitchen so you could cook something if you don't feel like going out for a diner, I'm very picky when it comes to food but the included breakfast was unexpectedly good, plenty of options to choose from, the hotel has also a SPA, the rooms are above average in size for France, so if you stayed in Paris you will find these rooms huge, the bed was also big enough and very confy for France😁
